Do I need Game Center or Google Play Games account to play?
No, you can still play as a "guest", without using Game Center (on iOS) or Google Play Games (on Android). However, we recommend connecting your game progress to Game Center or Google Play Games.

What do I get by connecting the progress to Game Center or Google Play Games?
  • Your game data will be stored on your service, so you will not lose your progress and your in-game purchases if you start playing on a new device, or if you uninstall the game and install it again at a later time.
  • You will be able to access in-game Achievements and get rewards for completing them.
  • You will be able to access Customer Support from in-game.


Can I play on multiple devices?
Yes, you can play on multiple iOS or Android devices as long as you and have previously connected your progress to Game Center (on iOS) or Google Play Games (on Android) accounts, and are signed in with the same accounts.

Can I transfer my progress from iOS to Android or the other way around?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer your progress from iOS to Android or from Android to iOS.

I've lost my progress!
Make sure you are signed in with the correct GameCenter account (if you play on iOS device) or Google account (if you play on Android device).

I'm using the correct account, but my progress is still lost!
Contact our customer support https://support.ubi.com. Provide them with as much information about your account as you can - your in-game name, New Kid level, PVP rank and so on.

My game crashes!
Make sure you are playing on a supported device. Please check the list of supported devices:
  • iOS:
    • iPhone 5S

  • Android:
    • The game supports Android devices with at least 2GB RAM.
My game doesn't start!
  • Make sure you play on a supported device.
  • If you have previously connected the game to Game Center or Google Play Games, make sure you are logged in with same account.
  • If nothing helps, contact our customer support by tapping "Support" button in game settings or visit https://support.ubi.com


Game launches with a "Google Play Games Error"!
  • If you have previously connected your game to Google Play Games, you will need to be logged in with that account on your device.
  • If you have Google Play Games app on your device:
    • Make sure Gooogle Play Games is up to date with the latest version.
    • Make sure Gooogle Play Games has all app permissions.
  • If you don't have Google Play Games app on your device:
    • Get Google Play Games app from the Google Play store.
    • Launch it.
    • Log in with a valid Google account.
    • Make sure it has all app permissions.
    • Launch South Park: Phone Destroyer.
